Terms of Service

By accessing or using the dropcpl platform ("Service"), available at app.dropcpl.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is intended exclusively for parties carrying out commercial activity (B2B).

dropcpl is a SaaS creative attribution platform for paid social that allows you to: track clicks with first-party cookies, attribute leads to creatives and landing pages, run automated A/B tests (Thompson Sampling), generate landing pages with AI and synchronize spend data with Meta Ads.

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• • All activity that takes place under your account.
• • Notifying us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
• • Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Violate applicable laws or regulations, including privacy and GDPR.
• • Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable law.
• • Send spam, phishing or unsolicited commercial communications.
• • Compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization.

The Service is offered through subscription plans (with possible free trial). Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in Euro and subject to VAT where applicable. No refunds are provided for already-billed periods, except as required by law.

The Service and all its components are the exclusive property of dropcpl and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Content you upload (texts, images, landing pages) remains your property; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dropcpl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of breach of the Terms, non-payment or fraudulent activity, with 30 days notice except in urgent cases. You can delete your account at any time from the settings. Your data will be retained for 30 days before final deletion.

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated with 30 days notice by email.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is the one of Milan, Italy.
