Most “AI for marketing” is a chat window that produces paragraphs. You ask what to do, it tells you, and the work still has to be done by hand in three other tools.
DropCPL’s agent is wired to the same services the interface uses. It does not summarise your account; it operates it.
What it can do
| Area | Examples |
|---|---|
| Read | “Which creatives have a CPL above €15 this week?” — campaigns, creatives, pages, matrix |
| Create | “Write a page for the spring promo, same structure as the winning one” — new landing pages |
| Edit | “The form on LP 2 is too long, cut it to three fields” — any landing page, in HTML |
| Analyse | “Why did CPL rise on Tuesday?” — reads spend, clicks and leads together |
| Act | “Pause the ad that is above €20 CPL and has spent over €100” — real changes on Meta |
The last row is the difference. An agent that can only read is a reporting feature with a chat interface.
Why it uses the same services
This is an architectural choice with a visible consequence: when the agent says it paused an ad, the ad is paused — because it called the same action the button calls. It cannot report a change that did not happen, and it cannot make a change you cannot see in the interface.
The alternative — giving the agent its own integration — is how AI features drift out of sync with the product they are supposed to control.
Guardrails
- Confirmation before spend. Anything with real financial impact (pausing, cutting, launching) is prepared and confirmed explicitly before it executes.
- An action log. What the agent did, when, and on which object. If you want to know why a campaign changed on a Tuesday afternoon, the answer is written down.
- Credits. The agent runs on a monthly AI credit allowance per plan, so cost is bounded and visible in advance.
What it is not
It is not a replacement for a decision about what “good” means. The agent can tell you a combination costs €12.80 while another costs €4.20, and it can act on that. It cannot tell you that the €12.80 lead is a better customer, because that lives in your CRM, not in the ad data.
